LTA South East Regional Winner for Disability Programme of the Year 2018

Many congratulations to Jim for bagging this award for his hard work in building Jimmy’s Tennis disability programme in association with Frindsbury LTC. Having won the Kent award and now the South East regional award, we are in the final few with a chance of winning the national award.

Plans to cover courts 1–3

The Committee is currently engaged in getting information together to apply for planning permission to erect a structure over courts 1–3. It has been successful in receiving practical support from a number of individuals and organisations, but anything members can do to help will be useful.

This is a huge job and the Committee needs all the help members can offer.

Currently we are seeking:

  • Written letters of support for the structure: write your own or use the template. Email letters to Jo Ringer
  • Expertise in landscaping
  • Expertise in planning applications
Tennis for kids

Frindsbury LTC is again  a provider for this national LTA programme aimed at encouraging 4–11 year olds to take up and enjoy the sport.
